House rules

A few simple rules so everyone enjoys the house, including the neighbours and the next guests.

Arriving and leaving

  • Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
  • We send you the details for the keys before you arrive.
  • There are stairs at the entrance to the house.

Who can stay

  • A maximum of 6 adults and 3 children under 12.
  • No extra guests overnight: only the people in your booking may sleep at the house.
  • Visitors are welcome during the day.
  • No parties.

Smoking and pets

  • Smoking is allowed outside only. Please don't smoke inside the house.
  • Pets are welcome on request. Please ask us before you book.

Wi-Fi

  • Each booking includes 5 GB of prepaid Wi-Fi.
  • If you need more, you can buy prepaid data through the router, using the details provided in the house.

Before you leave

  • Linen and towels are provided. There is no cleaning service, so please do a basic clean before you go.
  • Please don't leave dirty dishes.
  • If anything was broken or damaged during your stay, please tell us. We will claim the reasonable cost of repairs or replacement.
